How much will a Domain Name cost:
The cost of a name depends on which suffix you choose, .co.uk domains are cheaper than
.com. Our prices usually cover a 2 year period and include all registration fees so there is nothing else to pay. Please see our current price list for more

How long does it take to register a domain name:
Normally it only takes about 15 minutes
after the HSBC payment is made, sometimes it can take upto
48hrs when events happen or the domain registering servers
become business.
Who owns the Domain Name:
The domain is owned by you the person registering it (or the name you put in),
never let a website designer or promoter do the registration in their name, they
will own the rights to it which can and does have issues for you, if you are
unsure ask us, that's what we're here for.

Do I get a homepage when I buy a domain name:
You will not get a homepage/website just by registering a domain name the page needs to be written in HTML or other language and hosted,

When can I use my domain name:
After a few hours it will be ready to use,
it can take 24hrs.
When do I know a domain has been registered to me:
We will send you an email once we have confirmation from the Internet that your
domain name has been successfully registered.
My name is registered, but it still appears to be available:
When you register a domain name it can still show as available for upto 48hrs. This is due to the length of time it takes for the WHOIS Database to update and this is the Database you query to check the availability of a domain name. Most of the registries are lowering the amount of time between updates of their WHOIS Database, eventually the updates should take place in real-time.
Once you receive the confirmation e-mail for your registration the name has been registered. It is not possible for anyone else to register the name, despite the fact that it appears to be free.
If after 48hrs your name still is not listed in the WHOIS then you should contact us,
