all .uk domain names, we are a member of them but they act for

What are NameServers:
NameServers are what the Internet uses to
find your website and email, they will look like
ns1.justdomainsuk.com [212.241.248.18]
ns2.justdomainsuk.com [212.241.248.19]
The
NameServers can be pointed at our hosting
or at your own.
Who and what is the TAG:
A TAG is the member ID we have for all .uk domain names, this can be used to
show the domain registrar. Our TAG is VIKATEC and we often use TELIVO as well.
How do I move a domain to Vikatec:
To transfer your .uk domain name to us please request your current registrar to change the IPS-TAG
to TELIVO.
Once this has been done you would need to contact us either by email letting us know the domain name you are transferring to us and your
name and account details. If you do not already have an account with us then
please provide your full address, phone and email details.
For transferring a .com, .net, .org, .info or .biz please
request
your current registrar to
unlock the domain for transfer, once this
is done and we have the £12.99+vat transfer fee we will start
the transfer, you will have to ok the transfer by following
the transfer email we send you, this will reference Donhost
and Totalregistrations.
Is there a cost to transfer my domain name to you:
You will need to check with your current provider as to whether they will charge you to transfer
away.
You will only be charge if there is an outstanding renewal already due, or shortly to be due.
The fee for transferring a .com, .net, .org, .info or .biz to is £12.99 plus VAT, per domain name, and covers our administrative
costs and 1 yrs renewal. Please note that this fee is non refundable.
How do I move a domain away from Vikatec:
Please email the NameServers or TAG details with your name and the domain name(s),
if the domain is not a .uk then you need to ask us to unlock the domain for
transfer,

Is there a cost to transfer my domain name from you:
Yes - as we discount the domain and provide full admin
services free to you as a client, we have to charge a small
admin fee to cover our costs if you move away, this is
normally £25 per domain, however, we are more than happy to
make any DNS changes free and can provide full hosting at only
£24.99 per year.
Can you help as the person who set it up can not be contacted :
Yes - please give us all the details you

What does DETAGGED mean
A domain name that has been DETAGGED is no longer hosted on two valid name servers. This stops any services associated with the domain name, for example e-mail or a web site from working.
